MPCB has no regional offices nor laboratories yet. All of its activities are administered from its headquarter office cum central laboratory, located at New Secretariat Complex, Khatla, Aizawl, Mizoram. However, one of its activities, that is, vehicular emission testing for issue of Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificates has been currently carried out in vehicle emission testing centres, sited at the following 5 locations. Each testing centre is manned by two Field Assistants.
